Rates vary by insurance coverage. Whether you choose to use insurance or pay privately, I will review fees and payment with you in advance of the initial consultation.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to our initial consultation in order to confirm coverage for either in network or out of network nates. Additional questions that may help determine your insurance providers benefits include:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible?
• If so, what is it and has it been met yet?
• Do I have a copay or coinsurance amount due per session?

Payment

I accept payment via cash, check or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a late fee.
